After selecting your items and location, you'll be redirected to WhatsApp to complete your order. This allows us to confirm details and provide personalized service.
Handcrafted to Order
Each item is made specifically for you after your order is confirmed. This ensures the highest quality and allows for customization requests.
Local Delivery Partners
We work with trusted local delivery services to ensure your items arrive safely. You'll receive tracking updates via WhatsApp.

Stay updated throughout the process. We'll notify you when crafting begins, when it's ready, and when it's out for delivery.

📦 Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
📍 Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct when ordering via WhatsApp. This helps us deliver smoothly on the first attempt.
🕐 Business Days
Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Kenyan public holidays. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing on Monday.
🔄 Order Tracking
We'll keep you updated via WhatsApp at every stage: order confirmed → crafting started → ready for delivery → out for delivery.
🎁 Rush Orders
